Not a whole lot going on, other than growing a baby..

Here are some pics of things I've knit and crocheted for the baby. A few of these things I made a LONG time ago, and some of them are not finished yet. There is also a pic of first bought baby clothes from mommy & both new Grandmas! One day I was really feeling like I wasn't pregnant and I saw those little picture holders and they really brightened my day, first nursery decoration.

And, no I do not plan on posting pics of every single baby item. I still don't feel pregnant yet and this is helping me a little. When I was laying the little clothes out I was really wishing there was a baby in them so I could pick it up and snuggle. I can't wait to be a mommy!!!

Anyway, look at these pics.
These are the books I've read:
The Birth Partner
Organic Baby & Toddler Cookbook
Your Pregnancy Week by Week
What to Expect When You're Expecting
A Holistic Guide to Embracing Pregnancy,
Childbirth, and Motherhood

The Breastfeeding Book

Baby Boy Blanket I'm knitting

Baby Girl Circular Blanket in progress.

Baby Bolero. This was my first knit sweater!

Baby Girl hats and booties. The blue and green one has purple, which makes it very girly.

Mom bought the 1-800-grandma & the brown & beige outfit w/ teddies. Mom in law bought the Hollywood onesie in Hollywood a few weeks ago. And I bought the 3 in the center, and the gumby onesie I bought 6 years ago in the dollar store.

Baby Boy sweater I made a few years ago.

This is a little blankie for the baby to hold on to while wearing the cute little booties and running around the house in a diaper!

This is a flannel blanket I made. Its crib size. I has little bears in sailboats. I also made this a LONG time ago!

likes/dislikes of pregnancy

Things I don't like anymore...
The smell of air conditioning.
Papa John's
Penn Station
Cologne
Slow people
People who say, "are you gonna find out what you're having?" or "do you have really bad morning sickness?" when they don't know what else to ask.
That I'm too tired to go grocery shopping.
That Justin isn't doing the grocery shopping b/c he knows how tired I am.
Mosquito bites!!
Finding out that I don't like certain foods right now
When I eat something and burp it up every 5 seconds uncontrollably.

New things that I like...or that I like a lot more than before...
My belly gets all big when I eat or drink a lot.
Tomatoes
Shopping
The way Justin looks at me.
That I get to sit down whenever I want to, b/c I can!
Every once in a while I think, "there is a baby inside me!!!" and I get really happy.
Sno-cones
Foot massages (done carefully)
Spending time alone with my thoughts
Looking at pictures of what my baby might look like
Telling everyone which food product my baby is the size of, right now a kumquat.
Eating. Its like all my food is hand-picked from God himself just for me! THANK YOU!
Being outside
I Love being with Justin, I just wish he would stop touching me so much! ha. How horrible am I!
I also love writing in my journals so the baby can read them later if he or she wants to.

Feeling Good!

For the past week I've been feeling wonderful. (other than tired) No more nausea or anything. I'm still working 50+ hours a week but that may be changing soon if I get a job at the Face & Body Day Spa.

Right now at St. Louis Injury I'm training a woman who can even use a mouse on a computer, let alone figure out how to cycle through windows! I'm really feeling the pregnancy hormones with her! She drives me nuts. Whenever she is shocked about something she shouts, "MA!" Um, what? Ok, crazy lady!

My new Dr. appointment is on Aug. 14th, I've decided not to do an ultrasound since I will be 14 weeks. The Doc wants to do too many of them so, I'm just not going to let her. We're having one at 18 weeks though.

I'm starting to feel pregnant

Whenever I wake up I absolutely do not want to ever get out of bed. I have to stand up really slow or I get light headed. In the morning I feel like I have the flu for a few hours. I barely made it through the week, and my next day off isn't until Thurs & Fri. Which we're supposed to be going down to the lake to celebrate my birthday but we can't go now because Justin has to work. So I guess I'll just sleep instead. mmmm....sleeping, I can't wait!!

I've also found that I can't really drink regular milk right now, just chocolate milk.
